3. Care Instructions: Follow garment care labels. Shrinkage, color fading, or damage from improper washing/drying is not covered under returns.
4. Color Accuracy: While we strive for true color representation online, screen settings may affect appearance. Slight variations are not considered defects.
5. Returns & Exchanges: Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days. Intimate apparel, face masks, and final-sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.
